I started out my career path by going to art school, where I learned to be a goldsmith. My intent was always on being a high school teacher, as I am really passionate about teaching others. My love of food has become a major driving force in my career. I am now a high school culinary teacher in Calgary and attended SAIT to pursue the Cook Apprentice Red Seal designation. I travel to eat, create food art with natural colours, and design food t-shirts. My life is food and colour is my inspiration.
